EXERCISE NAME
Shoulder Strengthening External Rotation

INSTRUCTIONS
Place pillow or folded towel against the wall.  Bend your elbow to a 90 degree angle.  Push into the pillow/towel with the back of your forearm/hand.  Hold

HOW MANY
Sets: 1 • Reps:10 • Hold: 5 secs
